2. Can I order custom designs or colors?

Yes! We specialize in bespoke projects. Simply share your design, color palette, or sample tile, and our artisans will work with you to develop a custom mosaic that meets your vision.

3. How can I request samples?

To see and touch our products before committing, just fill out the Sample Request form on our website or email us at sales@kuzeyglasstile.com with your address and preferred tile types. We’ll ship a small sample pack.

4. What is your minimum order quantity?

• Standard orders: Minimum of 1 full container (20 pallets / ~20,000 sq ft)
• Sample orders: As small as a few sheets (30 × 30 cm each)
• For smaller wholesale or custom-production runs, please contact us directly—flexibility depends on design and production schedule.

5. What are your lead times?

• Standard products: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation
• Custom designs: 6–8 weeks (includes design approval and production)
• Rush orders: Possible on request—contact us to discuss availability.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide and can arrange EXWORK, FOB, CIF, or DAP delivery terms—just let us know which you prefer.

7. What are your payment terms?

         Usually;

• Prepayment: 30 % deposit on order confirmation
• Balance: 70 % before shipment
• We accept bank transfer (SWIFT), letter of credit (L/C), and, in some cases, Credit Cards.

8. How do you ensure quality and color consistency?

• In-house QC: Every sheet is inspected for chip size, bonding, and finish
• Batch testing: We measure ΔE color variance to ensure it stays below perceptibility thresholds
• Final inspection: Photographic approvals sent before shipment

9. Are your tiles suitable for swimming pools?

Yes—our glass mosaic tiles are fully rated for aquatic use:

• Waterproof , frost-resistant, and chemical resistant
• UV-stable to prevent fading
• Slip-resistant finishes available

10. How do I care for and clean glass mosaic tiles?

• Routine cleaning: Use mild, non-abrasive detergents and a soft cloth or sponge
• Stain removal: A diluted vinegar solution works well; avoid harsh acids or abrasive scrubs
• Sealing: Not required for glass, but grout sealing is recommended

11. Do you offer a warranty?

We back our tiles with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers bond failure and significant color deviation.
